1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the za999 website available at za999.io, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features accessible through that domain.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal za999 account created by a Player upon successful registration and verification.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched funds credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed by a Player on any game, sporting event, or market offered through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds from their Account.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which transactions are processed on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By completing the za999 registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms apply to all use of the Platform, including via desktop browser, mobile browser, and any application through which the Platform may be accessed.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. za999 enforces this restriction through mandatory KYC verification and may suspend or permanently close any Account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accrued by an underage Player will be forfeited.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name, you must contact za999 support immediately.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number as registered with your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud. za999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided.

3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. za999 makes no representations as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction outside of its operational scope. Players who access the Platform from restricted territories do so at their own risk.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. za999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify za999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.2 Account Suspension and Closure

za999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; evidence of fraudulent activity; suspected or confirmed money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; multiple account operation; or at the sole discretion of za999 where it determines continued operation of the Account is contrary to the Platform's integrity.

4.3 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting za999 support via live chat or email. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure request will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and any applicable bonus wagering conditions.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

za999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions must be conducted from a mobile wallet registered in the Player's own name. Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals sent from or to an account not registered to the Player — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on za999 is ৳100. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit; however, individual mobile wallet transaction limits imposed by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay will apply. Deposits are credited to the Player's Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. za999 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's mobile financial service provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified alternative wallet registered in the Player's name. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 60 minutes for KYC-verified accounts during operational hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

za999 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. All deposit and withdrawal activity is monitored. Where suspicious activity is identified, za999 reserves the right to freeze withdrawals, request additional documentation, and report the activity to the relevant authorities as required. Depositing funds with the intent of withdrawing without genuine wagering activity constitutes a breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and Loyalty Program rewards issued by za999 are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between an individual offer's terms and these General Bonus Terms, the individual offer's terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonus credits and free spin winnings are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to real-money withdrawable balance. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the offer. Bonus credits that remain unconverted at the expiry of their validity period will be removed from the Account automatically.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

za999 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend any Account where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing low-risk hedge bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal real exposure; and exploiting platform errors or promotional miscommunications. Decisions made by za999 regarding bonus abuse are final.

6.4 Loyalty Program

The za999 Loyalty Program operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Points are earned on all real-money wagers placed across sports betting, casino games, slots, and crash titles. Point accumulation rates, tier thresholds, tier benefits, and redemption terms are governed by the Loyalty Program terms, available on the Loyalty Program page. za999 reserves the right to modify the Loyalty Program structure at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the za999 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by the Platform. za999 reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: the bet was placed after the relevant event commenced; the odds displayed were the result of a technical error; or the bet exceeds the applicable stake limits for the market in question.

7.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by za999 in circumstances including: the cancellation or abandonment of a sporting event; a technical malfunction that resulted in incorrect odds being offered; evidence of match manipulation; or the placement of a bet by an ineligible Player. Void bets will have their stake returned to the Player's Account balance.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on za999. These limits are displayed within each market at the time of bet placement. za999 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where patterns of play are inconsistent with standard recreational betting activity.

8. Casino & Game Rules

8.1 All casino games available on za999, including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and table games, are subject to the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

9. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the za999 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games on behalf of a Player.
• Collusion with other Players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or platform errors. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered error will be voided.
• Any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of the Platform for financial crime.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false identity information or submitting fraudulent KYC documents.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the operation of the Platform or interferes with other Players' use of the Platform.

za999 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate against accounts found to be in breach of this section, including immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the za999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, and database content — is the property of za999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, modifying, distributing, reproducing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of za999.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, za999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.

12.2 za999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 za999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk.

13. Amendments

13.1 za999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice displayed on the Platform or via the email address or mobile number associated with the Player's Account.

13.2 The most current version of the Terms will always be available at /terms-conditions. The effective date shown at the top of this document identifies the version currently in force. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through za999's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration.

14.2 Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
